Seven holiday fashion collections to put on your Christmas shopping list
Rag & Bone
A self-declared fan of Star Wars, Rag & Bone CEO Marcus Wainwright is celebrating the release of Star Wars: The Last Jedi with a limited edition collection. The range includes Rag & Bone signature pieces such as hoodies, T-shirts and knitwear, reworked with subtle elements from the sci-fi movie franchise. Available at rag-bone.com
The French-Japanese label has always incorporated preppy elements into its pieces. Team Spirit, its latest drop, takes things further, celebrating US college life and American football with a series of items ranging from shirts emblazoned with American football helmets to logo jumpers in a stars-and-stripes palette of red, white and blue. Available at Maison Kitsuné, Cleveland Mansion, Causeway Bay.
Alice + Olivia
This year marks the 80th anniversary of Walt Disney’s first-ever animated feature, Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs. New York label Alice + Olivia toasts the anniversary with a range of quirky pieces such as a novelty jumper printed with the slogan “You are the fairest of them all” and a red apple-printed skirt. Available at Alice + Olivia, IFC, Central.
Founded by super stylist Charlotte Stockdale and collaborator Katie Lyall, Chaos is known for its quirky and fun accessories such as its signature phone covers. This month, the brand launches a collection of menswear-inspired pieces at Dover Street Market in London. Available at doverstreetmarket.com
Alberta Ferretti’s Rainbow Week jumpers – each featuring a different day of the week in bright colours – have become hits since their launch earlier this year. This holiday season, the brand has teamed up with online retailer Luisaviaroma for a red cashmere jumper that reads “Merry Christmas” in white. Available at luisaviaroma.com
The Spanish luxury label has just released a one-off capsule collection in collaboration with online retailer Stylebop. Creative director Josep Font revisited some of the brand’s signatures for the range – such as delicate tulle and balloon sleeves – which also includes key accessories such as the bow clutch. Available a stylebop.com
Party dressing takes centre-stage at online retailer Net-a-Porter this Christmas. The website has launched a range of four holiday collections with brands Emilia Wickstead, Roland Mouret, Stella McCartney and Rixo London. Harking back to the hedonistic heyday of New York nightclub Studio 54, the pieces feature plenty of glitter, shine and sparkle. Available at net-a-porter.com
